Shane Abrahams

Shane is the CEO and co-founder of QoT Solutions — although he’d probably say his real job is bringing together good people, asking too many questions and occasionally asking, “Why are we still doing it that way?”

With a career rooted in technology and Quality Engineering, Shane has helped grow QoT from a traditional testing company into a broader engineering organisation embracing Quality, automation, security, solutions engineering and AI.

He believes businesses should never get too comfortable. Technology changes, clients change and people change — and companies need to evolve with them.

But ask Shane what he’s proudest of and he won’t start with technology. He’ll talk about the people who have grown through QoT, the opportunities created and the relationships built along the way.

Outside QoT, you’ll find him travelling, diving, attempting to improve his golf, watching the Springboks or somewhere close to the ocean.

His philosophy:
