Performance Engineer (Testing)
This is for performance-focused engineers who are comfortable owning workload design, execution, and root-cause analysis end-to-end, and who can translate technical findings into clear recommendations for delivery and client stakeholders.
Senior Quality Engineer
This is for testers with significant experience working independently across the full test lifecycle. People who are comfortable owning test strategy, mentoring others, and taking accountability for quality outcomes, not just individual test cases.
Security Engineer (Testing)
This is for security-minded testers who are comfortable owning vulnerability analysis end-to-end, from scoping through to validating remediation, and communicating risk clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
Intermediate Quality Engineer
This is for testers who work independently across the test lifecycle. Comfortable owning test design and automation for their area, and ready to start mentoring junior engineers.
Junior Quality Engineer
This is for testers early in their career who are comfortable working under guidance while they build core testing skills, and who are keen to grow into automation and technical engineering practices over time.

They are short, role-specific and practical. We are testing how you think and how you work, not trick questions.
